Specify accessories by washroom position

Build a fitting list for each basin and WC rather than ordering accessories solely by matching finishes. A dispenser needs a usable refill arrangement, a mirror needs an appropriate viewing position, and a rail needs a layout agreed for the intended room. Keep the fixing reference and any model-specific keys or replacement-part details with the washroom schedule. Use the supplier’s care guidance for stainless steel, mirror surfaces and dispenser components, and plan access to wall fixings without removing unrelated fittings.

What should I check for dispensers and holders?

Confirm the dispenser or holder’s stated capacity, refill format and access method on its own product page or supplier sheet. Measure the projection and space needed to refill it. For countertop soap dispensers, check the mounting hole and room beneath the counter.

How do I coordinate wall-mounted washroom fittings?

Plot each fitting on the room drawing and check the wall construction and fixing requirements with a qualified installer. For grab rails, use the exact supplier drawing and project specification to assess position and support. A matching finish alone is not enough to select a fitting.
