Delivery Policy

Bathroom Shop delivers bathroom and kitchen products to customers across South Africa. Because products vary significantly in size, weight, availability and handling requirements, delivery timing and charges are confirmed for each order or accepted quotation.

Delivery quotations and confirmation

Any delivery estimate or charge shown before order confirmation is provisional unless expressly stated otherwise. We will confirm the delivery address, available delivery method, charge and expected timeframe before dispatch. Remote-area, oversized, fragile or special-order products may require a separate quotation or specialised carrier.

Processing and availability

Processing begins after payment and any required order details have been confirmed. Some products are supplied to order or sourced from a manufacturer. Availability dates are estimates and may change because of supplier, transport or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will communicate material delays and available options.

Delivery address and access

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number and any access information needed by the carrier. Please tell us in advance about estates, restricted access, stairs, loading limitations or delivery-hour rules. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery or undisclosed access restriction may be charged where permitted by law.

Receiving and inspecting goods

Please arrange for a responsible person to receive and inspect the delivery. Before signing where reasonably possible, check the number of packages and look for visible damage. Record concerns on the delivery document, keep all packaging and contact us promptly with photographs and the order details. Do not install a product that appears damaged, incomplete or incorrect.

Risk and ownership

Risk and ownership are dealt with in accordance with the applicable order terms and South African law. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights relating to delivery, defective goods or goods supplied incorrectly.

Collections

Collection is available only when confirmed by Bathroom Shop. Please wait for written confirmation that an order is ready and bring the required order information. Products should be checked before leaving the collection point where reasonably possible.
