PAYMENTS AND GUARANTEES

Orders & Payments

• We do not accept payments on our website as we need to double check stock with our suppliers before you make any payments.
• You must use the Pro Forma Invoice number as the reference.
• Full payment is required before we place orders with suppliers
• Once payment is done please send us the proof of payment.
• All orders must be paid in full via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT Payment). Bank details will be provided once we send you the Pro Forma Invoice with stock confirmation.
• Client is liable to pay 1% of the total amount when doing a CASH deposit as the bank will deduct this amount.
• Lead time is between 4 – 7 working days depending on the stock availability and the Supplier.
• Orders will be dispatched once the money is in the bank .
• All orders paid with cheque deposits will only be approved after the bank has cleared the cheque which takes between 7 – 10 working days.
• Please ensure there is enough time for you to place your order and for us to process and have the item ready for delivery so that your builder can install the product.  Do not leave orders down to the last minute as this may cause delays to your project.

Pricing

• In the event that there is a pricing error on the website Bathroom Shop and its members will not be bound to honor any orders made at that price.
• If you have paid for the item we ask that as the Client you understand so that we handle the situation as fairly as possible.
• All prices do not include transport fee. Errors and omissions are excluded.

 Warrantee/Guarantee

• All products sold are subject to the manufacturer’s warrantee/guarantee
• The Purchaser must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.
• Any defects recognizable in the course of the product examination must be notified to Bathroom Shop in writing within (7) days after receipt. Otherwise, the goods purchased are deemed to have been accepted and any defect claims against Bathroom Shop are excluded.
• Provided the Purchaser complies with the terms hereof, in all respects, Bathroom Shop undertakes to remedy, with reasonable dispatch, any original defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship in any goods manufactured by our suppliers.
• Bathroom Shop liability here-under shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods originally supplied, nor shall Bathroom Shop, in any circumstances, be liable for the costs of fittings or refitting of any material and all replaced material shall be, and remain Bathroom Shop property, and Bathroom Shop shall not be liable for any damages or loss of profit or for any consequential or indirect damage arising from the circumstances.
